You have 30 DAYS TO RETURN* an item to us in its original condition.
*Returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.
Agibaby’s products were designed and manufactured with great care, so we want you and your child to be happy with your purchase.
Agibaby recommends that customers inspect orders for accuracy and manufacturer’s defects within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please keep all original packaging while processing a return or exchange.
New and unused items may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 30 days of the date received. All returned/exchanged items must be kept in their original condition and packaging. Agibaby pays return shipping costs.
Opened items that do not fit or do not meet customer's satisfaction will also be accepted for return within 30 days of the date shipped, and must be undamaged- still in new condition. International orders from outside United states buyer must purchase return label purchase.
No returns/refunds will be granted after 30 days from the date of shipping.
In the event that Agibaby makes an order error we will replace product and ship via a ground service of our choosing
Product that is found to have defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship is eligible for replacement. Defective product should be made available or returned to Agibaby upon request before it is replaced and should only be discarded at Agibaby’s request.
